Subscribe & Save – Take Advantage of it Maria, October 13, 2024June 2, 2025 Amazon’s Subscribe & Save program works the same as any other subscription and everyone should take advantage of it. If you are selling products that customers use frequently–i.e. skin care and beauty products–or products that are consummable, or products under the food & beverage category, then those can be eligible for the Subscribe & Save program. What are the benefits of this program? Automate repeat sales – having repeat sales means you spend less on advertising because your existing customers have recurring orders. And if you have high retention rate, you can use your advertising budget to acquire new customers. Build brand loyalty Increase in sales – specifically organic sales growth which is great for profitability There are eligibility requirements, of course. It wouldn’t be Amazon without these requirements. a selling account in good standing and a registered brand in Brand Registry using FBA as fulfillment method; sellers using FBM can still be eligible by requesting to enroll products by contacting Seller Support Trailing 28 days in-stock rate is greater than 90% Not in a restricted product category Average selling price is less than $200 Offer is buyable In addition to product eligibility, an offer must meet the following criteria for at least a period of three (3) consecutive months to be eligible for the program: Free domestic shipping Valid tracking rate greater than 95% Order defect rate less than 1% Pre-fulfillment cancel rate less than 2.5% Delivery estimate accuracy greater than 93.5% Late shipment rate less than 4% Average delivery promise for domestic shipments fewer than 5 days To check if you have eligible products for the S&S program, go to Settings > Fulfillment by Amazon (scroll until the end) > Subscription Settings > click EDIT. Once you click EDIT, you will be redirected to the Subscribe & Save page. If you have eligible products, it will show under the ‘Manage products’ tab (see image below). All eligible FBA products are auto-enrolled into this program and to increase your subscribers and conversion, you can increase funding up to 10%.
