I believe it was 20 years ago when I heard this conversation between 2 friends. One friend asked a question and the other friend replied with, “Google it. Don’t be lazy.”

2 decades have passed and, I kid you not, I still have not forgotten about it. Why? Because humans are biologically wired to be lazy. Imagine, with so much info available online and at the tip of our fingers, why do we even bother to ask questions to people when Google has all the answers? Can’t you spare a minute or 2 of your time to find answers to your own questions?

Don’t get me wrong, there are topics like medical information that you can’t rely on Google, but for generic topics like requirements for passport renewal, Google has tons of information. So the next time you’re looking for answers, rather than opening your messenger, open Google search instead. Stop being lazy.
